Job Description

Director, Wireless Operations AM&D Heart (Malvern, PA or Hamilton, NJ)

The Director of the Wireless Operations will provide direct and indirect support for our staff at multiple Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTF) throughout the United States that provide remote cardiac monitoring services.

Your role:

  • Oversee the Wireless Monitoring business operations that comprises a 24/7/365 operation.
  • Ensure wireless monitoring services are provided based on the constant fluctuation of sales volumes, to include core elements of staffing and the provision of care, treatment and services related to each other through an integrated and cyclical process that may occur over minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years.
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience while focusing on quality and efficiency measurements.
  • Monitoring quality assurance, productivity and attendance of all employees and affect appropriate change; conduct routine staff meetings and provide mentoring to direct reports.
  • Comfortable traveling quarterly.

  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in an operational leadership role. Experience managing multiple sites or experience in the medical field is preferred.
  • Your skills include business strategy, KPI/quality management, decision making, leading and developing teams while meeting deadlines, and provide support.
  • You have a bachelor's degree; master's degree is preferred .
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • You're an excellent communicator (verbal and written), have the proven ability to drive change, thrive in a high-volume fast passed environment, lead with integrity, a good listener with a high level of patience, and the ability to identify problems.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $108,000 to $196,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
