The Position:

As GameChanger's Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the internal technical go-to for a fast growing technology company. In this role you will be responsible for incoming technical support requests and projects such as diagnosing and resolving technical issues, access requests, providing in person and virtual assistance, support software/hardware installation and configuration and more. You will ensure that technology systems function smoothly and that the GameChanger team is able to effectively utilize them to meet their needs. You will act as a bridge between users and the technical team at GameChanger and DICK'S Sporting Goods, helping to facilitate communication and problem resolution. You will report to our IT Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to the maturity of our IT support operations by utilizing and optimizing our Tech Stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, Slack).
  • Provide comprehensive IT support to all employees, addressing support inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high availability of IT services.
  • Perform routine employee lifecycle-related tasks including conducting onboarding sessions for new employees. Onboard and offboard employees, which includes: leading new hire orientations, provisioning and deprovisioning hardware, accounts, and access.
  • Maintain and support office technology including printers, conferencing systems, and ensuring all are functional and meet company standards.
  • Create and continuously improve internal and end-user documentation for IT systems and processes in Notion.
  • Proactively engage in enhancing the IT service experience and streamlining internal processes to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Regularly collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to provide strategic IT solutions and best practices, contributing significantly across the organization.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of ITIL & ITSM methodologies, ensuring adherence to information security compliance and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure the timely delivery of products and services, and resolve any issues to maintain optimal support and vendor relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ Years of experience in IT support within start-up environments, particularly with Mac, Google Services and Chrome OS users.
  • Strong admin experience managing Google, Okta and macOS environments.
  • Advance knowledge with Okta and the ability to integrate and manage services into Okta Integrated Network systems effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of core productivity & collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Proven ability to support executive-level staff with white-glove service, ensuring all IT needs are met with high standards.
  • Experience in device management platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with automations tools such as Zapier, Okta Workflows, Slack Workflows, Google Scripts.
  • Experience with Google Workplace.
  • Experience with JAMF.
  • Apple Certified Support Professional.

The target salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $125,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
