CSC's Global Subsidiary Management (GSM) Team offers corporate compliance and governance services to Fortune 500 companies in more than 140 countries around the globe.By partnering with CSC, clients reduce the complexities associated with international business. Our local presence, coupled with CSC's robust vendor network, assists our clients with their subsidiaries' international compliance obligations.

As the GSM Fulfillment Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Global Support Specialists and Billing Specialists tasked with handling company secretary, company law and other fulfillment functions critical to the success of the GSM business while working with our international local offices and business partners. We are seeking a leader with experience in international compliance, company law and an understanding of international business models. CSC's global market and service offering is forever expanding, and a successful candidate must be ready to quickly adopt change, guide their team through new technology and continue the business's growth. As a Team Leader, you will be the primary contact person for all team members, so communication skills must be excellent.

Some of the things you will be doing:
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Develop key performance indicators, set clear team goals, monitor performance and conduct performance reviews.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, set deadlines, and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Motivate team members to achieve personal and team objectives and organize team-building activities.
  • Recognize high performance and rewarding accomplishments.
  • Ensure the highest levels of productivity, service, and client satisfaction levels.
  • Develop effective business relationships with leaders, workflow coordinators, and service area subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate team meetings and represent service area through attending meetings with other business leaders.
  • Design and implement process and operational policies.
  • Full spectrum of employee management, development, coaching and training.
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
  • Corporate law background with at least 8+ years of experience in international context.
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership/ people management experience.
  • Tech savvy and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven history of successfully mentoring and developing employees.
  • Knowledge of developing and utilizing performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in an additional top language for international business is a plus.
  • Proven organizational, time management, change management and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving.
